All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Please note that pre-order items require a longer processing time and will be shipped according to the estimated schedule indicated on each product page.

Shipping Fees

We ship worldwide. Free shipping on all orders over $399. Shipping fees are grouped as follows:

$15 Regions

Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan Region, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR

$20 Regions

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.), Australia, New Zealand, Rest of the World

Estimated Delivery Time

Asia / Oceania: 3–9 business days

US / Canada / EU / UK: 5–10 business days

Middle East / Rest of World: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspection, peak season, or local courier delays.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties, customs fees and taxes are included and prepaid by jajainthemoment, so no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

Please note that local customs authorities or our shipping partners may still contact you to request identification, tax information or other documents required for customs clearance. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed customs information are outside our control.

Korea: a personal customs clearance code (개인통관고유부호) is required at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking will be available once the parcel reaches the international logistics hub.
