Order Cancellations & Changes (Before Shipment)
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist before your parcel is dispatched.
Please note: once an order has been processed for shipment, we may no longer be able to adjust the order.
Returns & Exchanges (After Shipment)
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a parcel has been shipped. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This includes (but is not limited to) change-of-mind returns, size/color preference changes, or orders placed in error.
To ensure everything is correct, we kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order, including descriptions, measurements/sizing information, materials, and photos.
If There’s an Issue With Your Order
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to review and assist you.
