1. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Pre-order items may require additional processing time. Your order will ship once all items are ready.
2. Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Shipping fee: $15 USD
- United States, Europe², United Kingdom, Oceania³, Canada & Mexico, Other Regions / Middle East⁴
Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days
Shipping fee: $20 USD

Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, Mainland China.
² European countries include:
France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Monaco.
³ Oceania includes:
Australia, New Zealand.
⁴ Middle East / Other Regions include:
United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and destinations not listed above.
3. Duties & Taxes
- Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly indicated as “tax included” at checkout.
- For regions where duties are included, this will be displayed in the shipping options during checkout.
- Refusal to accept a parcel due to customs fees will result in the customer bearing all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
- Address changes after dispatch may result in additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Delivery Failure / Unclaimed Parcels
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed, the parcel may be returned to us.
Please note that orders will not be refunded in these situations, as we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
If you wish to have the parcel re-delivered, any additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
We’re sorry, but we currently do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been shipped.
If you change your mind before your parcel is dispatched, please email us at jajaofficial@jajainthemoment.com with your order details, and we will do our best to help you update or cancel the order.
