1. After Shipping
Because each order is prepared individually and shipped internationally,
we’re truly sorry that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a parcel has been dispatched.
Thank you for understanding the nature of our small-batch, cross-border operations.
2. Before Shipping
If you happen to change your mind before your parcel is sent out, we are always happy to assist.
Simply email us at jajaofficial@jajainthemoment.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help you update or cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse.
3. Address Accuracy
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is complete and correct.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
we won’t be able to issue a refund, and additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every parcel.
If something doesn’t arrive in the condition you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

5. Lost Parcels
Once your order is handed over to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping provider.
If your parcel experiences delays or goes missing, we will gladly help communicate with the courier,
but please understand that delivery timelines may vary and are beyond our direct control.
6. Final Sale Items
Products marked as final sale, including archive sale items,
are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations at any stage.
