Metallic yak-blend raglan sweater

Description

A clean H-line that follows the body without holding it — close through the torso, with enough room left inside to move. The neck is a small crew, the sleeves are raglan and cut to bracelet length, and the shoulder runs in one continuous line because there is no set-in seam to break it.

Neck, cuffs and hem are finished in a heavy three-dimensional rib, which gives the piece its weight at the edges and the look of something made by hand. Yak down curls naturally, so the yarn spins up fuller and springier than its weight suggests, and holds warmth well against real cold. A fine metallic filament runs through the knit, catching light in small amounts rather than shining, and the surface carries a speckled, grainy texture that reads differently up close than it does across a room.
